Actress Naeema Butt has revealed that she received several offers from Bollywood, but due to visa restrictions, she could not work on them. Naeema, who is a rising star in Pakistan’s showbiz industry, said that in the past she was offered roles in Bollywood films and web series. However, because of the ban on Pakistani artists in India, she was unable to accept those offers.
In a recent interview, Naeema shared that she received many offers from India, including dramas, films, and a major web series which had both Pakistani and Indian actors. But unfortunately, these projects could not be completed.
With sadness, she said that she holds a Pakistani passport and it clearly shows that she is not welcomed there. She also mentioned that she now has a US green card and hopes that things will improve in the future so that artists from both countries can work together.
Naeema ended her talk on a positive note by saying that we should focus on the bigger and brighter side and believe that what is written in destiny will definitely happen.
It is important to mention that Naeema Butt is currently enjoying the huge success of her super hit drama Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum, directed by Badar Mehmood. The drama also features Fahad Mustafa, Hania Aamir, and Imad Irfani in lead roles.
