Pakistan has a slew of problems that may never be resolved, but one thing that has kept the country afloat is the people’s generosity. We have established the Edhi Foundation, Shaukat Khanum Hospitals, and many other initiatives because people have donated what they could to aid their fellow brethren, and this spirit of philanthropy has always lifted Pakistan from its lowest point.

The most recent story that will warm your heart is that of Qaiser Hassan, a 26-year-old tailor from Mianwali District who has been doing well for the past six years. Every Eid, he sews new garments for orphaned children in his community at no cost. He explained that he did this because he could not financially support those children.
