In a recent podcast, Samar Jafri talked about his close friend and fellow actor Abu Al Hassan, who is playing Sameer in Parwaaz. Samar shared an interesting story about their friendship.
He said that he first met Abu Al Hassan through a mutual friend, but that first meeting was not very pleasant. Later, they met again at Fahad Mustafa’s office, where Abu Al Hassan seemed very different in personality and style. After that meeting, their friendship began, and now it is clearly visible on screen as well.
It is worth mentioning that both of Samar Jafri’s popular dramas, Mayi Ri and Parwaaz, are produced by the famous actor and producer Fahad Mustafa.
In response to a question, Samar said that his happiest moment was when he found out that he had a cameo role in his first film with Fahad Mustafa. He added that he has always been a fan of Fahad Mustafa’s movie Na Maloom Afraad, and his favorite film is Load Wedding.
Samar also said that the growth of filmmaking in Pakistan is very important for the industry, and the more films are made, the better it will be for both actors and the entertainment industry.
