Sarwat Gilani has warned Nadia Khan
Famous actress and TV host Nadia Khan is known for openly sharing her opinions without hesitation. But her recent comments have upset actress Sarwat Gilani.
Sarwat Gilani, known for her strong performances in popular films like Jawani Phir Nahi Ani and Dobara Phir Se, has won several awards for her acting and confident personality.
Although she has stayed away from TV dramas in recent years, she continues to appear in interviews and often speaks up on important social issues. She is very careful when choosing her projects, which is why for the past seven years, she has only been seen in films and web series.
Now, there are reports that Sarwat Gilani is planning to return to television with a new project. But before that, she gave an interview to a private media platform where she discussed various topics — and also took aim at Nadia Khan.
Nadia Khan is known for commenting on everything from India-Pakistan tensions to reviewing dramas and questioning the talent of fellow artists. She has criticized stars like Fawad Khan, Hania Aamir, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, and Atif Aslam for not speaking out loudly against India.
But Sarwat Gilani did not like this approach. In her recent interview, she strongly warned Nadia Khan and said that it is wrong to put down your fellow stars.
Sarwat said she had seen Nadia yelling at other actors on TV, and it felt very uncomfortable — like she was shouting at her workers, not her colleagues.
She also advised Nadia Khan to look back at her own past, saying that Nadia herself has done many things in her early career that people remember. So she should not forget that and should choose her words more carefully when talking about others.
Sarwat Gilani also advised Nadia Khan by saying that you can request actors to post something in support of Pakistan, but it should be done in a respectful way. It should not look like you are a neighborhood woman who just likes to fight all the time.
She also spoke about the criticism being directed at actor Fawad Khan. Sarwat asked fans to stop targeting him because working on Indian projects is part of his profession. After completing such work, whatever he chooses to do is his personal matter, and others should not interfere.
