Senior actress and well-known artist from the golden era of PTV, Ayesha Khan’s tragic death has deeply saddened the whole of Pakistan.

Her fans, fellow actors, and the public are heartbroken by the news of her passing. But the most shocking part is that her body remained in her flat for a whole week, and no one knew she had died until the body started to decompose.

This heartbreaking incident has become a big topic of discussion on social media. Many people are sharing different claims, but Ayesha Khan’s family has not yet given any official statement.

A post by well-known journalist Sarah Hussain is also going viral on the internet, and Farah Iqrar recently spoke about it in her vlog.

According to Farah Iqrar, Sarah Hussain wrote that it might be good that Ayesha Apa passed away, because she was not truly living, only breathing. Ten years ago, she gave all her property to her children. After that, her children left her. She lived with this pain for a long time, but her children never came back to check on her.

Sarah further shared that Ayesha moved back to her flat in Gulshan-e-Iqbal. One time, she visited actor Talat Hussain’s house on Tariq Road and cried a lot. She told him that her children would say on the phone that they would call later, but they never did. One of her sons lives in a big, beautiful house in Karachi, and the other in Islamabad, but neither came to see her.

In another vlog, Farah Iqrar also informed fans about Ayesha Khan’s burial.

Farah Iqrar said goodbye Ayesha Khan, goodbye. This is her grave, made near her father’s grave. She was quietly laid to rest.

According to Farah, Ayesha Khan’s sons went to the police station and refused to allow a post-mortem. They said it was a natural death and now only the final rituals needed to be done. Her body was taken from the Edhi morgue to Sakhi Hassan graveyard, where she was buried very quietly.

Media reports said that her funeral prayer was also held at the mosque in Sakhi Hassan graveyard, and then she was buried there.

Farah also shared that no showbiz celebrities attended the funeral because no one was informed. Everything was done very privately.

She said Ayesha Khan was a very kind and friendly person, but in her last days, she had isolated herself. She also had a foot fracture and was surrounded by sadness. One of her daughters lives in London, one son in Malaysia, and one son in Pakistan.
