Senior Pakistani actress Atiqa Odho recently gave a statement that received a strong reaction from fellow actresses Mishi Khan and Rabia Kulsoom.

In a recent TV program, Atiqa Odho spoke about the tension between Pakistan and India. She said that artists are ambassadors of love and should not take sides in war or conflict.

Because of this statement, many people from the showbiz industry and social media started criticizing her.

Atiqa Odho said that the role of artists is to promote peace and love, not to become part of war. She also requested artists from both Pakistan and India to avoid giving hateful statements during this time of tension between the two countries.

Actress Rabia Kulsoom gave a strong reaction to the senior actress’s statement. She said that artists who cannot speak up for their own country are just using the idea of a soft image as an excuse.

She also said that artists have an even bigger responsibility to speak for their country.

Actress Mishi Khan also criticized Atiqa Odho’s statement and called it unserious.

Mishi said that staying silent during times of war is not acceptable, and artists should speak openly in support of their country.
