The Bollywood film ‘Herapheri 4’ ran into legal trouble even before its release.

According to Indian media reports, music company T-Series has issued a legal notice to the film’s production team claiming the audio and visual rights.

T-Series claims in this notice to be the sole copyright holder of all the music and audio of this fourth installment of the franchise.

The notice is being given to the film production house by Supercassettes Industries Pvt Ltd (T-Series) claiming to be the sole owner of the copyrights of the film’s music and audio visuals, the company said in a notice.

The notice further reads, “Copyrights of the film’s music and audio-visuals for all media platforms were assigned by Base Industries Group to T-Series.”

It should be noted that the movie ‘Herapheri 4’ is going to be released this year, starring Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal and Sunil Shetty.

Apart from this, reports are also doing the rounds in the Indian media that Sanjay Dutt will also be seen playing an important role in the film.
