Umar Shehzad and Shanzeh Lodhi surprised everyone by getting married in February 2025. Their graceful Nikkah ceremony took place in the courtyard of Masjid-e-Nabwi ﷺ in Madinah, making their wedding even more blessed.
Throughout their wedding events, Umar and Shanzeh looked happy and full of joy. Their Rukhsati and Walima events were also celebrated beautifully.
For the Rukhsati, both wore traditional outfits. Shanzeh wore a beautiful bridal dress in dull gold with shiny sequins and pearls, while Umar wore an off-white and dull gold sherwani with a traditional turban.
The Rukhsati moment was very emotional. Shanzeh hugged her parents and brother with teary eyes, and her family also looked emotional as they said goodbye. These moments touched everyone present at the event.
