Urvashi Rautela got into controversy after her statement about a temple built in her name. Now, she has given a clarification.

Recently, Indian actress and dancer Urvashi Rautela said that there is a temple near Badrinath in Uttarakhand that is named after her. She also said that she would like to have a similar temple in South India because she has worked in many films there.

This statement caused a big controversy. The priests and local people of Badrinath got upset about it.

Now, Urvashi’s team has shared a clarification. They said that Urvashi never claimed that the temple is hers or that she owns it. The statement explained that she only said there is a temple with her name in Uttarakhand. She did not say that it is the ‘Urvashi Rautela Temple’. But people heard only a part of the statement and thought she meant people are worshipping her. The team asked everyone to watch the full video before judging.

Her team also warned that they may take legal action against those who are misrepresenting her words.

At the end of the statement, they requested everyone to talk respectfully and treat others with kindness. They said that before making accusations or rude comments, people should know the full facts. Every person should be treated with respect so that everyone’s rights can be protected.
