Which Bollywood star helped Aamir Khan during his tough time?

Aamir Khan revealed that Salman Khan helped him the most during his tough time.

In a recent interview, Aamir Khan talked about how his relationship with fellow superstars Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan changed over time and how personal struggles gave new shape to many relationships.

In an interview given to The Lallantop Aamir Khan revealed that during one of the darkest times in his life Salman Khan unexpectedly came forward as a true friend.

Talking about his relationship with Salman Khan Aamir said that after separating from Reena he was emotionally broken he started drinking a lot and distanced himself from people.

Aamir Khan shared that one day Salman Khan came to his house for dinner without informing him then he does not remember what happened but they talked for hours and from that night their real friendship began.

However before this Aamir Khan’s relationship with Salman was not very good. Speaking about it Aamir said that during their first film together ‘Andaz Apna Apna’ there was tension between them.

Explaining the reason Aamir said that Salman often arrived late on set and that bothered him a lot. At that time he felt that they could never be friends but years later when they met again Aamir had changed.

Aamir further said that every person has some flaws we all make mistakes and realizing this helped him become wiser.
When asked about comparing the three Khans Aamir Khan said that it is very natural for people to compare those who perform at a high level no matter what field they are in.

During the conversation Aamir Khan also shared an interesting incident. He said that once his house was under construction and he and Kiran Rao were living in a rented house on Carter Road where Jackie Shroff was also staying.

Aamir said that one day he saw a crowd outside the building and thought that maybe those people were gathered for him. He ran downstairs but then found out that they were all waiting for Tiger Shroff.

Aamir Khan is currently enjoying the huge success of his new film ‘Sitare Zameen Par’.

This film has earned over 100 crore rupees in India and more than 160 crore rupees worldwide making it the fifth highest grossing Bollywood film of the year.
