Junaid Khan, son of Bollywood’s Mr. Perfectionist Aamir Khan, will be seen in the sequel to Ekta Kapoor’s film Ragini MMS alongside actress Tamannaah Bhatia.
According to Indian media reports, the film Ragini MMS franchise is making a comeback; however, now it will not be called Ragini MMS 3 but simply Ragini 3.
According to the available information, director Shashank Ghosh will direct the project while Sahir Raza will move into a creative role.
According to sources, Tamannaah Bhatia and Junaid Khan are in talks to play the lead roles in the film, but no official announcement has been made yet.
Earlier, there were reports that the film has been put on hold indefinitely, but now it seems that the project is moving in the right direction again.
Sources have confirmed that Tamannaah Bhatia and Junaid Khan are in talks to be a part of Ekta Kapoor’s upcoming film, which will be titled Ragini 3.
Apart from this, there were also reports that the director has been changed due to scheduling issues, but now it has been confirmed that the original director Shashank Ghosh will direct the film.
The project will be produced by Ekta Kapoor, who has been associated with the first two parts, Ragini MMS released in 2011 and Ragini MMS 2 in 2014, which were horror thriller series, however, the full details of the story are currently kept under wraps.
It should be remembered that the first film starred Rajkummar Rao and Kainat Motiwala in the lead roles, while Sunny Leone and Sahil Prem showed their acting chops in the sequel.
