Farooq Rind is well-known for creating one-of-a-kind plays with unforgettable characters and plots. Pyar Ke Sadqay is one such drama that has become a cult classic. Pyar Ke Sadqay began mellowly, and many were skeptical of such innocent main characters lacking swagger or action, but it developed on them, and fans still remember and like Abdullah ad Mahjabeen, portrayed by Bilal Abbas Khan and Yumna Zaidi. The play demonstrated to the public that love is possible even between common losers, and that one does not necessarily have to appear and act ideal to have a love story.

Farooq Rind and Bilal Abbas Khan are once again conquering the screens with Ishq Murshid, and this time around, Ali Gul Mallah plays the legendary Bhallay, adding to the enchantment that these two bring together.

Farooq Rind, the director of Bhallay, devised this persona for Ishq Murshid. But, everyone, Fazal Bakhsh is not the original inventor of Bhallay; instead, Abdullah Shahbaz shouted the magical words when he proposed to Mahjabeen in Pyar Ke Sadqay.
