In a podcast interview, actor Adnan Siddiqui talked about the dialogue ‘Do Takke Ki Dalki’ in the popular drama ‘Mere Paa Sa Tum Ho’ and said that the dialogue was meant for Mehwish, the main character of the drama, not for ordinary women. This dialogue was not intended to insult anyone.

Adnan Siddiqui said that he spoke to writer Khalilur Rehman Qamar regarding the dialogue, but he said that it is not for all women but for the woman who cheated on her husband in the play. The audience should not confuse any of the characters in the drama with real life and understand the importance of the difference between reality and fantasy.
