Since 2017, DIAFA has been holding international prizes. Every year, Arab artists as well as worldwide celebrities are summoned and honored for their achievements. Mahira Khan, Sajal Aly, and Maya Ali are among the Pakistani celebrities who have received DIAFA awards. This year, Ali was the only Pakistani to get an award at DIAFA, which he attended with his wife, Ayesha Fazli.
At DIAFA 2023, Ali was named the best Pakistani vocalist. Ali accepts his medal as follows:
