Controversial Pakistani actress Alizeh Shah shared a post on her Instagram where she talked about the current situation in the showbiz industry and how some celebrities use fake ways to get work.
Alizeh pointed out that some celebrities use personal favours or connections to get roles. She said that she never did anything wrong to get work. She didn’t sleep with anyone or ask for help from powerful people. She is just living her own life honestly.
She also shared her worries about the wrong and unethical things happening in the entertainment world. She said that she has never given up her self-respect to get any role.
Alizeh wrote that in this industry, people get invited to dinners but not offered real projects. There are also private meetings behind closed doors. If someone says no to these things, they are called rude, difficult, or not serious about their career. She added that she is glad she never agreed to lose her self-respect just to look good for publicity.
