Actress Alizeh Shah shared that she has deleted all her photos and posts from her Instagram account and also explained the reason behind it.
Alizeh Shah is one of the top actresses in Pakistan but she has been away from the drama industry for some time. Fans mostly learn about her life through social media.
She often shared pictures and videos online and if someone made negative comments about her clothes she would reply that her mother never restricted her dressing.
A while ago Alizeh said in a video that her bad experiences in the showbiz industry affected her mentally and caused her to suffer from PTSD which means post traumatic stress disorder.
She said that living with PTSD made her dislike herself and she often wondered why she ever joined the industry.
Recently Alizeh deleted all her photos and posts from Instagram. In a new viral video she said that she feels both happy and embarrassed about it. She added that she did not realize what she was doing with her life before and that she made those posts under the effect of sadness.
Alizeh said that she does not know when she will return but the old photos and the old Alizeh will not come back.
This is not the first time she has deleted all her posts. She did the same before in September last year and again in April this year.
