The Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan has termed the heartbreaking incident of an innocent child falling into a manhole as a manifestation of the worst 18-year-old corrupt and biased governance.
According to the MQM spokesperson, the University Road, which has been dug up for years, has become a hotbed of accidents and deaths, which is a clear proof of the indifference of the provincial and so-called local governments. The biased behavior has sometimes led to the residents of Karachi being crushed under dumpers and sometimes falling into drains and open manholes and dying.
According to the Muttahida spokesperson, the Jamaat-ul-Munafiqeen can never do anything except beating drums. Despite being chairmen in nine towns, the unwillingness to take responsibility for the accident and starting the blame game is revealing the high level of hypocrisy of the Jamaat-ul-Islami.
The Muttahida spokesperson said that the Sindh government should immediately conduct a transparent investigation into the matter and ensure practical steps to redress the rights of the heirs.
