A new song by Bollywood’s famous actor Sanjay Dutt and dancer and actress Nora Fatehi has become a subject of controversy as soon as it was released.
According to Indian media reports, the song “Sarke Chunar Teri Sarke” from the upcoming film “D: The Devil” by both the artists was released on YouTube, after which it is facing severe criticism.
Reports have said that a formal complaint has been filed against this song. Advocate Vineet Jindal has approached the Central Board of Film Certification and demanded that immediate legal action be taken against the song.
It has been further reported that the complaint is not limited to the Film Certification Board only but has also been sent to the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. The complaint has taken the stand that some of the lyrics of the song are objectionable and not suitable for public performance, while its filming also includes immoral scenes.
The petitioner says that this type of content can have a negative impact on young children and youth, so the song should be banned immediately. On the other hand, the issue is also being discussed on social media, where mixed reactions are being expressed by users.
