But the recent surprise came when Diljit revealed the person he himself is a fan of, leaving everyone stunned.
Recently, Diljit Dosanjh shared a post on the photo and video sharing app Instagram, where he could be seen strolling through a village, drinking water from a tube well, and enjoying the simplicity of rural life.
But what truly grabbed everyone’s attention was the soundtrack used in the clip — “Ravi” — a masterpiece by none other than Pakistani singer Sajjad Ali.
In the video, Indian superstar Diljit could be seen swaying to Sajjad Ali’s famous and soul-stirring song “Ravi”, which received overwhelming appreciation from fans across both countries.
While some had earlier raised objections over the collaboration between Indian and Pakistani artists in his film “Sardaar Ji 3” — especially his pairing with Hania Aamir — Diljit firmly maintained his stance, saying, “When the film was shot, everything was normal — so why the uproar now?”
And now, once again, his love for Pakistani artists and deep connection with music has won hearts all over again.
