Faisal Khan makes serious allegations against his brother Aamir Khan claims he was kept imprisoned for a year
Bollywood actor Aamir Khan and his brother Faisal Khan have had reports of strained relations in the past, but a recent revelation by Faisal has shocked fans.
Faisal Khan claims that a few years ago, Aamir Khan kept him locked in his Mumbai house for over a year. During that time, his phone was taken away, he was given medicines against his will, and guards were posted outside his room to stop him from leaving.
Speaking to Indian media, Faisal said his family accused him of having schizophrenia and labelled him as a danger to society.
According to Faisal, the situation felt like a trap from which escape seemed impossible because his whole family had turned against him. He said he prayed a lot during that period and hoped his father, Tahir Hussain, would come to help him, but there was no way to contact him. Faisal said he did not even have his father’s phone number. Aamir had locked him inside the house, taken his mobile, not allowed him to leave, placed bodyguards outside, and given him medicines.
After almost a year, Aamir allowed him to move to another house following Faisal’s repeated requests.
It is worth noting that Aamir Khan and Faisal appeared together in the 2000 film Mela, which also starred actress Twinkle Khanna and was directed by Dharmesh Darshan.
