Fakhar Alam, a host and singer associated with the Pakistan showbiz industry, was awarded a medal of distinction on the occasion of Pakistan Day, which he named after his parents.
Yesterday, Fakhr Alam received a medal of distinction from President Arif Alvi in a ceremony organized on the occasion of Pakistan Day for his outstanding performance in the fields of hosting, music, acting, business organization, social work and philanthropy.
Later, while tweeting on the micro-blogging site Twitter, the singer and host expressed his feelings and named this honor in the name of his parents and wrote that ‘Today I received the honor of receiving the star distinction for which I thank Allah and all of you. May you be kind to me forever. I dedicate this honor to my parents who gave me the courage to fearlessly pursue my dreams and the ability to always represent Pakistan in a positive manner.
It should be noted that yesterday, on the occasion of Pakistan Day, a civil honors ceremony was held in the Presidential Palace, Islamabad, in which various personalities were honored for their valuable services in various fields.
On this occasion, apart from the host and singer Fakhar Alam, the well-known actor Behroz Sabzwari associated with the showbiz industry was also honored.
