A long and unique study has shown that fiber-rich foods can help protect against a number of diseases and medical complications of the digestive system, including the intestines and esophagus.

According to the study published in a medical journal, experts concluded after reviewing data from studies conducted in 45 countries around the world.

According to experts, if fiber-rich foods are consumed, bacteria called Enterobacteriaceae will not grow in the intestines, which can protect a person from many complications.

It should be noted that fiber-rich foods include porridge, peas, seeds, pulses, apples, citrus fruits, carrots, wheat flour and other products made from it, dried fruits, i.e., nuts, potatoes and vegetables such as cabbage, etc.
