Andy Byrne, the former CEO of American company Astronomer, has decided to start a legal battle against the management of Coldplay.
According to foreign media reports, Andy plans to file a case against Coldplay organizers. He will accuse them of recording and sharing a video without permission and invading his private moments.
The former CEO faced strong criticism when he was caught on the big screen during a Coldplay concert getting close to his company’s HR head. The clip quickly spread across the internet, and social media was flooded with memes about the incident.
After the scandal, Andy Byrne resigned from his position at Astronomer, and the woman seen with him, who was the head of HR, also stepped down from her role.
