The Lahore High Court has granted bail to YouTuber Saad-ur-Rehman, alias Ducky Bhai, in a case related to the promotion of gambling applications.
Justice Shahram Sarwar Chaudhry heard the application and granted bail against a bond of Rs 1 million.
During the hearing, Justice Shahram Sarwar remarked that according to the Supreme Court’s decision, it is unusual to not have bail in such cases.
The court has summoned the lawyers of the parties to the case for arguments at the next hearing.
It should be noted that YouTuber Ducky Bhai had approached the Lahore High Court for release on bail.
