Comedian Jimmy Kimmel, the host of the Screen Awards 2023 ceremony, criticized actor Will Smith for slapping Chris Rock on stage during last year’s Academy Awards ceremony.

“We want you to have fun, to feel safe,” Jimmy Kimmel said in his opening speech at the Oscars held yesterday.
