Famous actor and host Ahmed Ali Butt recently shared a message on Instagram, strongly denying the accusations that he re-uploaded Humaira Asghar’s interview just to get more views after her death.

He explained that the only reason for re-uploading the video was to let people hear Humaira’s real story and struggles in her own words. This was important because many false and confusing things were being shared about her on social media.

In 2024, Ahmed had interviewed Humaira Asghar. At that time, she was a new and less-known actress, so the video got very few views and remained unnoticed on YouTube. But after her sad death, people became more curious about her life. That’s why Ahmed re-shared the same interview.

This time, he changed the thumbnail of the video. It included her black and white photo with the words “Last Interview”, “Rest In Peace”, and “Inna Lillahi Wa Inna Ilayhi Raji’un” to show respect and confirm the news of her passing. After re-uploading, the video quickly got over 110,000 views in one day, which the original version never reached.

Ahmed said that many people are spreading fake news and using Humaira’s name to earn money and views on YouTube. So, he re-uploaded the real podcast so people could know the truth by watching the full interview.

He made it clear that this was not done for money or popularity, but only to show the real side of Humaira’s life and struggle. He also asked people not to believe in rumors and to pray for Humaira Asghar, as she is no longer in this world and false stories about her should stop.
