Interesting reaction from users to the English grammar mistake in the drama Sanwal Yaar Piya

In the latest episode of the drama serial ‘Sawal Yaar Piya’, social media users are making interesting comments on the misuse of English in a sentence by Aliaar.

‘Sawal Yaar Piya’ is currently airing on Geo Entertainment and has gained a lot of popularity among the viewers, its cast includes several well-known actors, including Darfshan Saleem, Ahmed Ali Akbar, Feroz Khan, Mahmood Aslam, Yasir Nawaz and others.

The drama is based on a script written by Hashim Nadeem, directed by Danish Nawaz and produced by 7th Sky Entertainment.

The story of the drama revolves around the three main characters Sanwal, Yaar and Piya, Sanwal loves Piya, a girl from his neighborhood, while Piya loves his classmate Aliaar.

So far, 20 episodes of the drama have been aired. In the latest episode, Aliaar’s parents go to Pia’s house regarding the relationship, but due to old enmity, both the parents get into a fight and Aliaar’s parents return home without discussing the relationship.

Upon returning home, Aliaar gets angry with his father and convinces him to solve his problems because Pia is very important to him. During this, Aliaar said in English that he cannot live without her, but here he used the masculine (him) instead of the feminine (her), which caught the attention of social media users.

Users expressed their surprise at this grammatical error and also made humorous comments on it.

Some users questioned that if the actor had made a mistake, how did the director let it go on air without checking it and why it was not corrected during editing.

Users also said that despite such a large production and a well-known director and actor, such a grammatical error is truly surprising.
