Senior actress Asma Abbas is getting lots of praise on social media for her kind and friendly behavior with her daughters-in-law.
Recently, she appeared on the show Good Morning Pakistan along with her daughter-in-law Sameen. There, she openly talked about her relationship with her daughters-in-law, and people started calling her the ideal mother-in-law.
Asma Abbas said that she treats her daughters-in-law like her own daughters and is living a happy life. She believes that if she creates problems for them, it will only make her sons’ lives difficult.
When asked about daughters-in-law working, she said that she doesn’t like girls sitting idle at home. She thinks they should stay busy and active. She happily shared that all three of her daughters-in-law are working.
She added that when girls get a good education, they should make use of it. Their degrees should not go to waste. That’s why she feels happy when girls step out of the house to work.
The actress also said that cooking and doing house chores are important, but everyone can manage that, and there are always people around to help. When someone is educated, they should use that education and go out to work.
She shared that her other two daughters-in-law are teachers, and she feels happy seeing them get ready in the morning and leave for work.
Asma Abbas also said that everyone in the house helps with work, so there is no time for household politics.
She explained that she is not a strict or harsh mother-in-law. She treats her daughters-in-law like her own daughters. She believes that when mothers-in-law trouble their daughters-in-law for no reason, it affects their own sons’ lives. What kind of love is it if a mother puts her son under stress and makes him unhappy?
She added that her biggest happiness is seeing her sons smiling and living happily. If their happiness comes because of their wives, then why would she want to create problems?
Asma Abbas also said that whenever she thinks about her daughters-in-law, she immediately thinks of her own daughter.
She said it doesn’t bother her if her daughter-in-law wakes up late because it reminds her of her own daughter Zara, who loves to sleep. That’s why she never complains about it. She knows that when her daughter-in-law has kids and needs to send them to school, she will naturally start waking up early.
