Lahore High Court refuses to hear YouTuber Ducky Bhai’s bail case

A hearing was held at Lahore High Court on the bail application of YouTuber Saad ur Rehman, also known as Ducky Bhai, in connection with the promotion of a gambling app, during which Justice Farooq Haider recused himself from hearing the case.

According to details, Justice Farooq Haider sent the file to the Chief Justice to have the case assigned to another bench.

NCCIA officials presented a detailed record before the court, and the petition included NCCIA and others as parties.

Advocate Imran Chadhar appeared in court on behalf of the accused, Ducky Bhai. Saad ur Rehman, alias Ducky Bhai, has filed a bail application in the case regarding the promotion of a gambling app.

The petition stated that the applicant was arrested by NCCIA at the airport while attempting to travel abroad. NCCIA never issued a notice summoning him. The request also mentioned that the applicant was in NCCIA’s custody on a physical remand for ten days.
