Maryam started her acting career with the drama Diyar-e-Dil, where she played the role of Zarminay. Later, she appeared as Tabinda in the drama Kuch Na Kaho.

Recently, Maryam appeared as a guest on Geo News show Hasna Mana Hai. While talking about different topics, she also shared an unforgettable experience.
During the conversation, Maryam said that a few years ago, she saw supernatural beings three to four times.
Explaining further in response to host Tabish Hashmi’s question, she said that she saw some shadows and smoke-like figures, which can be called jinns.
She added that during that time, she was so scared and nervous that the fear lasted for six to seven months.
She continued speaking in a serious tone and said that at that time, she felt deep fear. For about six to seven months, she used to feel like someone was around her. Even now, when they live in Karachi, if her husband Amaan enters the house or room without saying anything, she still gets scared.
It is worth mentioning that in 2022, Maryam Nafees got married to Amaan Ahmed and started a new chapter in her life. Earlier this year in March, the couple welcomed their first baby boy and named him Eesa.
