Mayi Ri was a huge smash that was not expected to do as well as it did. The show’s two primary stars, Aina Asif and Samar Jafri, received a lot of love and respect for their mature performances. Samar Jafri began his career as a kid artist, and after appearing in a number of advertisements, he was cast as the drama’s major lead.
Samar Jafri has also pursued his passion for music, and he is now preparing for his cinematic debut in a film directed by none other than Nabeel Qureshi. Nabeel Qureshi has produced some of Pakistan’s most successful films since the renaissance of cinema, and this time he is working with a very youthful ensemble.
The new film is titled Na Baligh Afraad, and it could follow in the footsteps of Nabeel’s previous films, Na Maloom Afraad 1 and 2. The film will star Samar, Ashir Wajahat, and Rimha Ahmad, and will be released on Eid ul Adha.
