Model who did a photoshoot in Lahore’s historic mosque Wazir Khan Mosque has landed in trouble

In Lahore, police have registered a case against a model and photographer for doing a photo shoot inside Wazir Khan Mosque.

According to Express News, a video of model Azbia Khan’s photo shoot inside the mosque went viral, and social media users reacted with anger.

People demanded legal action, saying that the sanctity of the mosque was disrespected and the model entered without proper dress.

After the issue came to light, Akbari Gate police registered a case against the model and photographer on the complaint of the Walled City Authority.

The case names model Azbia Khan and photographer Zain Shah. It states that both of them secretly carried out the video shoot early in the morning without permission.
