Olympic gold medalist Arshad Nadeem also won a gold medal at the National Games. In the ongoing 35th National Games in Karachi, Arshad Nadeem won the gold medal with a meter throw of 81.81, Yasir Sultan won the silver, and Abrar of Pakistan Army won the bronze medal.

Olympic gold medalist Arshad Nadeem made a total of 3 throws at the National Games. He left everyone behind by throwing 81.81 meters and won the gold medal.

On the other hand, Pakistan Air Force athletes excelled in the National Games sailing event, with Air Force’s Muhammad Suleman winning the gold medal in the Optimist Class Open.

Pakistan Navy secured second position in the team event, while Air Force’s Tehseen Qazi won the gold medal in the Optimist Girls event.

Air Force’s Josha won the gold medal in the ILCA Class Four. In the women’s category, KPK’s Umaima Imran won the gold medal.
