It is the second day of Eid-ul-Adha, but today many people are still sacrificing or looking for a butcher or there are also many people who are organizing a feast.
After Eid al-Adha, a barbecue party with family and friends is a must. Since these days are office holidays, close friends take some time to reminisce, laugh and enjoy the dishes.
Since meat is available in almost every house on this occasion, if a friend organizes a feast at his house, it is not necessary that the responsibility of the feast is on the shoulders of a single person, you can also contribute to it.
To do this, you can prepare a dish and share it with your friends. Taka Booti is a traditional dish among barbecue items. It is prepared with mutton or beef. The meat is marinated for a whole night or a day and left to marinate, which is then prepared for grilling.
The recipe for the delicious, spicy taka buti is given below.
Ingredients:
1 kg beef/mutton buti cubes
2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
2 tablespoons raw papaya
1 packet taka buti masala
2 tablespoons homemade masala (cumin, coriander and chili flakes)
4 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons oil
Method
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Now marinate the meat for five to six hours, then thread it on skewers.
Barbecue over coals or grill on low heat. Serve the taka hot with mint chutney, rice or salad.
You can also bake or fry it if you wish.
