Ranbir and Alia’s luxurious bungalow is ready and its shocking price has been revealed

Bollywood’s famous couple Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s new bungalow in an upscale area of Mumbai is now fully ready and they will soon move in.

According to Indian media reports this residential project called Krishna Raj Bungalow has six floors. During the construction Ranbir and Alia personally supervised the work and it took almost five years to complete.

This house is not only an architectural masterpiece but also has a perfect location because it is near the sea. The building has glass windows doors and green balconies as its main features.

Sources in Indian media said that Alia and Ranbir will soon move into this house with their daughter Raha while Ranbir’s mother Neetu Kapoor will also shift from her rented house to live with them.

Reports said that the value of this new house is around 250 crore Indian rupees which makes it the most expensive personal house of any Bollywood star couple because Shah Rukh Khan’s famous house Mannat is said to be worth 200 crore rupees.
