Actress Saba Qamar has revealed that she suffered a heart attack a few days ago and had to undergo angiography.
In a recent interview, Saba Qamar shared that she fell ill during a shoot and was taken to the hospital. It was later confirmed that she had a heart attack.
She said that doctors performed her angiography the next day and advised her to take complete rest for one month.
Saba Qamar explained that many people think they can handle every situation, but too much stress can make anyone sick. She added that a heart attack does not always happen because of high cholesterol. It can also happen due to too much physical work and mental pressure.
The actress requested her fans to take mental health seriously and not ignore it because it can cause many other health problems.
It is worth mentioning that on August 1, Saba Qamar felt unwell during shooting and was taken to the hospital. Doctors advised her to rest for one month, and her pictures from the hospital went viral on social media.
