Judicial Magistrate South postponed the hearing of the drug recovery case against actor Sajid Hassan’s son, Sahir Hassan.
According to the report, the hearing took place in the court of Judicial Magistrate Shehzad Khawaja at the Judicial Complex in Karachi Central Jail.
The accused, Sahir Hassan, appeared in court along with his lawyers. The defense lawyer presented the Sindh High Court’s bail order for Sahir Hassan.
The court postponed the hearing until May 15. It is important to note that the case is about the recovery of 500 grams of weed, registered by the SIU.
Earlier, on May 2, the constitutional bench of the Sindh High Court approved Sahir Hassan’s bail against surety bonds worth 1 million rupees.
