Vaani Kapoor has removed all the promotional posts for the film Abir Gulaal from her Instagram account

Indian actress Vaani Kapoor’s Instagram profile suddenly lost all promotional posts for her upcoming film “Abir Gulaal,” which stars Pakistani actor Fawad Khan.

After these posts disappeared from Vaani Kapoor’s Instagram, there were rumors on social media suggesting that she may have intentionally distanced herself from the film. However, Vaani Kapoor did not delete these posts herself.

The romantic comedy film “Abir Gulaal,” which stars Vaani Kapoor and Fawad Khan, is set to release on May 9, 2025. Vaani Kapoor had shared several posts promoting the film with Fawad Khan.

However, after the recent Pulwama incident in India, digital restrictions have been placed on Pakistani artists, which has led to Fawad Khan’s Instagram account being blocked in India. Since Fawad Khan’s Instagram content has been removed in India, all posts mentioning or tagging Fawad Khan have also automatically disappeared from Vaani Kapoor’s profile.

Interestingly, users outside of India can still see these posts on Vaani Kapoor’s account because they are only blocked in India.
