Later that year, Sana Khan left the showbiz industry completely and chose the path of religion. She announced her decision on Instagram on October 8, 2020.

On November 21, 2020, she got married to a religious scholar, Mufti Anas Sayied, in the Indian city of Surat.

The couple welcomed their first child on July 5, 2023, and named him Syed Tareeq Jameel after the well-known Islamic scholar Maulana Tariq Jamil. In January this year, they were blessed with a second son.

Now Sana Khan is fully following the path of Islam, and her current lifestyle shows no sign of her past showbiz life.

She now focuses mostly on her family and business and stays active on social media, where she shares updates with her fans.

But today, Sana Khan is going through a painful time, as her beloved mother has passed away after a long illness.

In an Instagram story, Sana Khan shared the sad news and wrote that her dear mother, Mrs. Saeeda, has passed away after battling health issues. She wrote Inna Lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un.

She also asked everyone to pray for her mother, saying that their prayers will help her. She shared that the funeral prayer will be held after the Isha prayer.
