She said that in our society, women are often seen as inferior and are expected only to give birth to children.
Sania Saeed explained that a woman’s real life begins after the age of 35, but our dramas never show stories about women of that age.
She added that dramas mostly focus on a woman’s youth, love, and marriage, which shows how society views women.
Sania also said that women are only valued when they are young.
She mentioned that she never played roles of her real age and even in her youth, she often played the role of a mother.
Sania Saeed stressed the importance of women’s financial independence and said that every woman should have a skill or talent that helps her earn money.
She said that financial independence gives women knowledge, confidence, and the power to make their own decisions. When a woman steps out of the home, she learns and grows.
