Former actress Sara Chaudhry, who left showbiz for the sake of Islam, has revealed that she and her mother faced several unscrupulous offers in the first few months of showbiz.
Sara Chaudhry recently participated in Farrukh Warraich’s podcast, where she openly discussed various issues.
She said that girls are not only harassed in showbiz, but such complaints come up in other places as well, however, showbiz gets more attention because people’s general perception about it is that the character of people working in showbiz is not correct and based on this thinking, such offers are made more in showbiz.
Sara Chaudhry said that when she was working in showbiz, her mother was always with her, the first few months of showbiz were very difficult for her mother instead.
According to her, she was made some offers that made her mother very upset, at one point her mother even cried and told her to quit showbiz, focus on her studies and not go into this industry.
Sara Chaudhry said that what was said to her mother was extremely rude, which she does not even want to describe in words.
She told in hushed words that her mother was told that if Sara Chaudhry wanted to stay in this industry for a long time, she would have to do certain things, otherwise she would not be successful.
She further said that while working in showbiz, she had always set some limits for herself and she always tried her best to never go beyond these limits.
It should be noted that Sara Chaudhry started her showbiz career in 2001 and said goodbye to showbiz in early 2010. She is now married, a mother of five children, and devotes most of her time to religious activities and religious works.
