The wall of the house of the famous Akara Ayman Khan and Muneeb Butt in the Federal B area of Karachi collapsed due to an explosion caused by gas filling in the sewerage line.

Gulberg Station House Officer Ashraf Jogi said that a wall collapsed in the sewage line at the house of famous TV actress Ayman Khan and her husband Muneeb Butt in Block 10 of Federal B area, resulting in the death of the housekeeper and Two children suffering minor injuries.

The SHO said that they received a report of an explosion inside the house of actor Muneeb Butt at 1:45 pm on Sunday at Mizal 15 and the police immediately reached the spot and searched the house.

He said a gas build-up caused the sewage line explosion and a house wall collapsed, injuring a woman and two children slightly.

They said that since it was an accidental incident, there was no need for any legal action.

An official of the fire brigade stationed at Sohrab Goth said that he received information from the headquarters in this regard which was given to him by the auxiliary 15 police.

They said they did not need to send fire tenders because it was a gas-induced sewer line explosion and there was no fire.

Munib Butt and Ayman Khan did not give any statement in this regard.
