Shukat Zaidi, 72, has passed away, marking yet another sad day in Pakistan. He was receiving renal treatment at a private hospital in Lahore when he died away on Saturday owing to sickness.
Pakistan has lost numerous legends in the last year, and Shaukat Zaidi’s death adds to the list. Shaukat Zaidi worked as a journalist from 1970 to 1998, covering some of the country’s worst moments. May Allah bless the departed soul and provide his family peace!
