During the show in Hyderabad, Zakir Khan said, “I am taking a long break, maybe 2028–29 or even till 2030. It will be a break of three, four or five years so that I can take care of my health and sort out some personal issues. Your presence means a lot to me, and I will always be grateful.”

Zakir Khan also confirmed the decision on his Instagram stories. After reaching Dubai, he wrote, “Every show will be a celebration till June 20. I won’t be able to come to many cities this time, so please come to the shows and show some love.”
The comedian admitted that continuous touring, multiple shows a day, insomnia, early morning flights and irregular meals for the last ten years have taken a toll on his health. He said that for the past one year, he had been continuing to work despite his ill health, but now taking a long break has become inevitable.
He added, “I love being on stage a lot, but now due to health reasons, I have to take a break. That is why this time the India tour will be limited to limited cities and no additional shows will be added. I have been advised to take a long break after recording the special.
