Why did Amina Urooj make Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar’s inappropriate video go viral?

The Lahore District Court has issued a decision to exclude the bail of accused Amna Urooj from the NCCIA case related to the viralization of an inappropriate video of Khalilur Rehman Qamar.

The decision said that the lawyer of the accused, Amna Urooj, said that the case against the accused was registered with a delay of one year and three months. According to the lawyer, the accused has no role in this case.

The decision said that, according to the lawyer, the case against the accused was registered after the suspension of the sentence. The prosecutor said that the accused played an important role in making the video and making it viral. According to the prosecutor, the co-accused were only named as facilitators.

According to the decision, there is evidence on record against the accused. Section 497 of the case registered against the accused is not bailable; the court rejects the bail application of accused Amna Urooj.

Lawyer Chaudhry Mudassar Advocate argued on behalf of the plaintiff, NCCI has registered a case against the accused Amna Urooj.
