Actress Zara Noor Abbas has highlighted the importance of the joint family system and called it a need of the present time.

Zara is known for her strong acting in dramas like Khamoshi, Dharkan, Ehd-e-Wafa, Phaans, and Badshah Begum. She is also loved for her honest nature and fun personality.

She married actor Asad Siddiqui in December 2017. He started his career with the drama Taakay Ki Ayegi Baraat. This is the second marriage for both of them.

In November 2023, Zara announced her pregnancy, and in March 2024, the couple welcomed a baby girl whom they named Noor Jehan.

After marriage, Zara moved from Lahore to Karachi, while her parents, brother, and other relatives still live in Lahore.

Zara belongs to a well-known showbiz family. She is the daughter of actress Asma Abbas and the niece of legendary actress Bushra Ansari.

Recently, Zara shared a post on Instagram where she supported the joint family system and said that it is a solution to many problems of today’s time.

In the post Zara Noor Abbas shared, it was written that people should start the trend of buying land together with their siblings and close friends to grow as one big family.

The post also said that the loneliness of today is unnatural. In our great-grandparents’ time, families used to live so close that they could easily walk to each other’s homes. Everyone ate together, gave advice, and no one had to worry about who would take care of the kids. We need to bring back that kind of family system.

By sharing this post, Zara supported the idea and wrote long live joint family system.

However, her fans and social media users had mixed reactions to the post.

Some people agreed with her, while others said that the joint family system causes family problems.
