Senior Pakistani TV actress and director Marina Khan has revealed that she wants to try drugs once before she dies. Marina Khan is not only a famous actress in Pakistan but also someone whose life and work have inspired viewers for decades. She was born on 26 December 1962 in Peshawar and started her career in the 1980s. Her first big break was the drama Tanhaiyaan, which became a classic in Pakistani drama history.
Her career spans many decades, and she impressed audiences in every era with her unique roles. Some of her most memorable dramas from the golden era of Pakistani TV include Tanhaiyaan, Dhoop Kinare, Nijaat, Tum Se Kehna Tha, Jackson Heights, and Padosi.
These days, Marina Khan is not active in acting but appears on shows where she shares her opinions and reviews on various dramas.
Recently, she appeared on Ahmed Ali Butt’s podcast, where she spoke openly on different topics.
Ahmed Ali Butt asked Marina Khan if there was anything she wished to try once in her life. She replied that she would like to try drugs at least once.
She said she is curious to know why people are so crazy about them and what is so attractive about them that makes people addicted.
Marina shared that her family was open-minded and never strict about such things. But she herself was always scared, so she never tried anything like that. Now that she is older, she sometimes thinks it might be interesting to try it once before she dies.
She also said someone once advised her to try bhang first, but then she heard that after using drugs, a person loses control of themselves. That is why she never did it, and if she ever decides to try, it will be in the presence of trusted people.
During the show, Marina also mentioned that if she had understood the importance of education earlier, she would have studied harder. She used to avoid studying.
When asked about her closest friends in the industry, she named Atiqa Odho, Nadeem, Humayun Saeed, and Sania Saeed.
