Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan is often in the news not only because of his work but also due to his personal life.
Last year, there were strong rumors that he had separated from his wife, actress Aishwarya Rai. However, the couple neither confirmed nor denied these rumors, and they did not comment on them.
Recently, in an interview with ETimes, Abhishek spoke openly about how false news affects him and his family and why he does not respond publicly to these rumors.
He said that people who spread false news about him are not interested in his explanations. Earlier, he did not mind what was said about him, but now he has a family, and it becomes very painful.
He explained that if he tries to clarify, people twist his words because negative news sells more.
Abhishek said people who spread such negative things must live with their conscience and answer to their God. He said this is not just about him. He understands how this industry works, but families are involved too.
He gave an example of how harmful trolling on social media can be. He shared that once he posted something, and a troll commented very rudely. His friend Sikandar Kher got upset and replied to the troll with his address, challenging him to say it in person.
Abhishek said it is easy to write bad things anonymously behind a computer screen, but people do not realize the pain they cause. No matter how strong a person is, such things affect them.
Addressing the trolls, he said how would you feel if someone did this to you? If you can say something on the internet, then he invites them to say it to his face. He believes if someone talks to him directly, he will respect their words.
Abhishek Bachchan’s Upcoming Films
Abhishek Bachchan will soon appear in the film Khalidhar Lapta. He plays a middle-aged man who, after being betrayed by his family, distances himself and gives life a new chance.
The film also stars Diwakar Bhgila and Zeeshan Ayub in important roles. It will release on July 4 on the OTT platform ZEE5.
Besides this, Abhishek is working in Sidharth Anand’s film King, where Shah Rukh Khan plays the lead role. The cast also includes Suhana Khan, Abhay Verma, Saurabh Shukla, and Jadip Ahlawat.
Reports say that Anil Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Rani Mukerji, and others will also play important roles. Although the official cast has not been announced yet, the film is currently in production.
