Pakistani YouTuber Maaz Safder, who was recently asked by his father to move out, is still living in a rented house despite earning millions.

Millions of people follow Maaz Safder’s vlogs every day, but many fans often wonder why someone earning so much at a young age hasn’t bought his own house yet.

Maaz Safder has more than 2.1 million followers on Instagram and over 4.6 million subscribers on YouTube. Recently, he moved out of his father’s house and started living in a rented home. Interestingly, he is designing and renovating the rented house just the way he likes, which has surprised many people.

In a recent vlog, Maaz answered the most asked question from fans. He said:

People ask why I am spending so much money on a rented house. My answer is that I don’t need to buy a house right now. I want to live in different places and learn from each experience. If I spend money on this house and live here for three years, I will still be earning from it by creating content.

He explained that he earns money by making content in the house. When he moves out, he can either take his things with him or leave them behind, which will benefit the landlord too. So he feels no shame or regret for spending money on a rented house.

Some fans were surprised and impressed by Maaz’s explanation. Many said he earns so much that paying high rent is not a problem for him. But others still believe that having your own home is important because rent takes away a big part of your income.

It is worth mentioning that Maaz Safder is living happily with his wife Saba and son Basil, and they are now preparing to welcome their second child soon.
