Actress Zara Noor Abbas has asked people to stop using artificial methods to look more beautiful and stay young. She encouraged everyone to accept natural beauty and spoke against using medicines to change your looks in an unnatural way.

Zara shared a message on her Instagram story where she requested people to stop promoting anti-aging products.

She said that with time, aging is natural and cannot be stopped. It is a simple and beautiful truth, and we should accept it.

Zara also added that aging should be a natural process, not something we try to control. She asked people to stop promoting slimming drops, medicines that reduce weight, or products that claim to make your skin fairer.

Zara Noor Abbas further said that becoming addicted to such medicines is the worst form of addiction. Outer beauty is temporary, so it is better to work on your mind and thoughts, which stay strong for a long time.

Her statement came at a time when Indian actress Shefali Jariwala sadly passed away at the age of 42 due to cardiac arrest.

Although her official post-mortem report has not been released yet, there are reports that she had been using anti-aging supplements for many years. It is said that on the day of her death, she took an injection while fasting, which caused her blood pressure to drop dangerously and led to her death.

Earlier, Zara’s mother Asma Abbas also talked about anti-aging treatments. She said she had heard that Shefali went through several anti-aging treatments and took injections, which possibly caused her death. The same kind of talk was also heard about Sridevi.

The actress said, what is so wrong with aging? Why are people afraid of getting older? It is a natural process. Please learn to accept aging.
